Membership Classificaiton

(A) Senior Members are those individuals, firms, corporations or officers of such corporations, owning, operating, or managing a breeding operation consisting of no less than three Mangalitsa breeding boars and no less than twelve breeding Mangalitsa sows. Senior Members must be citizens or residents of the United States or its territories and no less than 21 years of age. The annual membership dues for Senior Membership shall be determined by the Board at the time a petition for membership is made.

 

(B) Members are those individuals, firms, corporations or officers of such corporations owning, operating, managing or cultivating Mangalitsa swine. Members must be citizens or residents of the United States or its territories and no less than 18 years of age. The annual membership rate for Members shall be determined by the Board at its annual meeting for the following year.

 

 (C) Junior members are those individuals under the age of 18 who have expressed an earnest interest in the Mangalitsa breed of swine.  Junior members may be approved by the board at its annual meeting.
